TICKET ADJUSTMENTS:  Deadline to make any ticket adjustments to your registration is August 29, and must be emailed to Lori Noe at Lnoe@mocities.comNOTE: You cannot adjust a registration online after it has been submitted. **See ticket options purchasing guide below.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations/expenses. The MML room block is available for arriving on Saturday, Sept. 10 and departing on Wednesday, Sept. 14. Hotel Reservations should be made online by clicking on the DoubleTree, or call (800) 774-1500. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Deadline for hotel reservations is August 21.

PARKING: Self parking: $10.00 per day (self parking is onsite); Valet: $19.00 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received by email to Lori Noe at or faxed to League headquarters at 573-635-9009 no later than 5 p.m., Monday, August 29, to be eligible for a full refund. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations received after August 29. Officials who register for the Conference, who do not attend and do not cancel their registration will be billed for the full conference registration and any ticketed items purchased at registration. Note: You will need to cancel your own hotel reservations.
